Zach Bruno has been combining creativity with an entrepreneurial spirit to solve business and design challenges for almost 20 years. He's had success both leading and executing design, user experience, strategy, business development, advertising, and branding engagements in consulting, agency, and startup environments.
Zach leads multi-disciplinary teams utilizing card-sorts, personas, journey maps, analytics, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes and user testing activities to discover insights that will improve the visual design and user experience, while adhering to the best practices of various process methodologies including lean and agile.
Beyond best-in-class deliverables, Zach is known for building creative culture, implementing repeatable processes, fostering individual and organizational growth, and developing efficient and creative workspaces that facilitate the creation of customer experiences that delight users and positively impact the client and agency bottom lines
Outside of work, Zach enjoys training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, working on house projects, and going on adventures with his family.
